Using Hypnotherapy for successful elimination of habits is a two fold approach.  First we need to look at when the habit was created, why and the triggers.  This insight is important to creating a successful formula for a permanent result.  The habit was created to serve a need on some level which maybe you are not even are aware of yet.  Possibly to help with relaxation, feeling in control or getting attention.  We will look at what the borrowed benefits being gained from having the habit.
